Refurbishment of an existing old building into a new 310-bed student accommodation.

10 levels of living + gym, common and cafeteria spaces.

Golden Group performed many services on this project including painting throughout all internals and externals of building, rendering to all existing ceilings which required extensive repair works, making good to many areas of the building, concrete patching all existing holes and cracks.

Painting to interior and exterior of building including all exposed services pipes and concrete ceilings throughout.

All doors and frames, multi colour paints to entry frames.

Painting to all external walls through abseiling and crane (manbox)

Texture coatings to external of building to match existing building.

Texture coating all newly rendered walls including all planter boxes

Rusty old pipes through out ceilings of building required painting. all pipes had to be prepared and painted.

Ceilings throughout had chalky residue. Our painter had to sand back all ceilings in the rooms to remove all loose residue and painted.

Repairing all concrete ceilings internally with render and plaster to achieve high level of finish.

Rendering as required throughout building. Including ceilings to many rooms, making good to existing walls, concrete patching
and creating concrete look surfaces.

Rendering to all new planter box all around the building.

Painting to interior and exterior of new build – newly constructed 6 level building attached to exiting building with all levels connecting to the existing build– painted all internal plaster ceilings, concrete ceilings all walls, doors, frames and pelmets

External painted all cement sheets behind the metal screens including all waterproof patching throughout all 6 levels.
