REGIS AGED CARE CAMBERWELL

Golden Group Contractors contributed to the successful delivery of Regis Camberwell, a premium four-level aged care facility comprising 113 resident rooms, including a dedicated dementia care unit and nine penthouse apartments. This large-scale project was developed in collaboration with HSPC Health Architects and a leading national operator, requiring precise execution to meet stringent planning and design standards.
Designed to provide luxury, comfort, and care, the facility includes a wide range of high-end amenities, such as:
• A salon and day spa
• Cinema and library
• Private dining rooms
• Alfresco areas and landscaped courtyards
• Commercial-grade kitchens and staff facilities
In addition to premium accommodation, the project features a full basement housing critical infrastructure, including a commercial laundry, waste handling zones, and parking facilities. The extensive scope and complexity of the build required meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless integration of residential, hospitality, and healthcare environments.
