Golden Group Contractors successfully completed the painting and finishing works for Bloom Apartments — a premium six-level residential development comprising 117 architecturally designed apartments. Completed in February 2023 and designed by Caulfield Krivanek Architecture, the project features high-end finishes, modern open-plan layouts, and a striking façade defined by contrasting light and dark elements. This project highlights Golden Group Contractors’ capability in delivering high-quality, large-scale residential work with a focus on durability, detail, and architectural integrity.
• Interior painting of 117 apartments + common spaces
• Granosite texture coatings applied to all external precast panels, soffits
• External steel coatings.
• Basement line markings across two levels of carpark flooring with all columns and ramp walls painted.
• Application of dust sealer to all carpark floors
